Well, I'm Pedro, I grew up in a country known for amazing coffee, yet, its music, although underrated, is way cooler than the taste of it.
If you're like me and like to explore new genres and crave for new information, I'll definitely surprise you.
You see, Colombia is divided by great mountains, deserts, rivers and jungles, it has built several fissures between towns and cities, making it diverse and colorful, just like my career in music. Since there isn't anything static about Colombia, I had played a vast amount of genres, including: Jazz, R&B, pop, salsa (tropical music in general), colombian folk music, as a producer made trap, hip hop and even reggaeton beats.
I've been playing the piano for around 10 years, also played electric bass as a kid, learned to play a little bit of drums here in Boston many years ago and I'm also a music producer (Logic X). I specialize in music theory, I've studied from Bach to Schoenberg and modern music theory, you know, jazz can get very tricky.
Anyways, I know you just want to know how good of a teacher I am, I've been teaching piano and music theory for 4+ years, not gonna lie, I have an ability to explain complex things into simple and digestible information. If you got questions I'll answer anything you want to know and if I don't know the answer, I'll try to get it ASAP.
I hope we get to learn together, see you soon.
