I have been teaching music for about 30 years mostly on the guitar but I also give lessons on the bass, piano, and ukulele. I give lessons to beginner and intermediate students of all ages. If you want to learn and have fun I am ready for your lesson. In addition to teaching I have played in various local original and cover bands as well as musical productions. I enjoy the challenge every student brings. I teach on the entire Island so if your address comes up as to far away call TL to get set up. I also offer online lessons on all instruments so no matter where you are at it's no problem. *** Lesson Details *** I structure my lessons with a focus on learning to read and play music but I also like to teach a student what interests them as well. I think learning to read music is very important and it aides in the students development of their own musical personality. Early on the student will also learn songs or styles that interest them so its not just work but also play. *** Travel Equipment *** I provide books and various other things (e.g. picks, music stands, metronomes, etc... at students expense) if asked. Student should provide instrument *** Specialties *** beginner on all instruments and rock guitar. Intermediate students also welcome.
