    I have my bachelors degree in sacred music, my masters degree in music performance, and my doctorate in worship studies. I am an experienced music teacher with great interpersonal skills and enjoy creating a fun and meaningful learning environment for all ages of students. I teach music theory concepts as I teach music, and I also enjoy sharing the history of music and famous composers. Students should not just learn notes, but they should also learn about the wonderful story of music I have taught private clarinet, flute, saxophone, voice, and piano lessons for many years with great success. Many of my former students write to me periodically to tell me what they are doing in music. I look forward to working with many more students as we embark on the journey of learning music, pieces, history, and theory together. Students will look back and say they really enjoyed their lessons with me. I also have a background in teaching special needs children.

    Wow! Wow! Wow! This was truly money and time well spent. I went into this lesson with no expectations, rather just with the hope of connecting well with a piano instructor that was not only well versed but could ease me into being a student. Paul is a rare treasure. He exceeded all my hopes of what I hoped to gain from my lessons. I would highly recommend him for any piano student. If you're looking to be challenged, and learn any genre of music,, don't wait...book your lessons with Paul. Thank you Paul. I'm looking forward to growing as a student.
