My teaching style is that sewing should be fun a low stress hobby. ​ While not trained professionally as a seamstress my sewing has given me the opportunity over the years to sew a variety of things from couture to costumes. Here are some I have sewn for clients: all items needed in a wedding, cheerleader uniforms, costumes, prom and mardi gras gowns, bedding, drapes(various window covering), upholestry, and garments for day to day use. My skills are varied and have taught me what works and what does not work. I will pass on to my students what will help make them be a successful sewist!
