Parkour with Patrick S.

I began doing parkour in late 2011/ early 2012. From the beginning, I've always been passionate about teaching parkour to others because I wanted people to feel the excitement and joy of learning parkour as I did. Currently I am a college student at McDaniel College double majoring in Economics and Philosophy. Though these aren't exactly parkour related, school has not kept me from keeping up and skills and teaching when I can. Within the past year, I have coached at Excellence Gym Sports, Camp Woodward, and Garrison Forest School. Parkour is for anyone trying to challenge their own limits. This means that parkour is for any age, gender, or athletic ability. Some people may have advantages over others when first learning, but parkour is not about that. The focus is on seeing progression in yourself, and not how you compare to others. So whether you're in it for the skills, the workout, or the fun of learning something new, I want to see you learn parkour and understand why this is something I am so passionate about.
