I have always had a passion for food. I was brought up in my grandparents' restaurant in a small town in the Black Forest. My father is a chef and my mother is a confectioner. Growing up, l was always surrounded by amazing, gourmet food, and I quickly developed an interest in experimenting with different ingredients and cooking techniques. Through this experimentation, I learned the true artistic form food can take, while experiencing first-hand the effort and knowledge required to bring such beauty to light.
