I am a professional drummer and composer with a bachelor's of music from New York University. I have been playing drums for over 10 years and have lots experience playing and writing all kinds of music from Rock, Jazz, Pop, Classical, Electronic and more. I am here to help you reach your musical goals, whatever they are! I am a friendly, casual guy who will make sure that you will improve and have as much fun as possible.
I am part of a great dance rock band that plays all over the city!
Dummer in a jazz trio that played all around Washington DC.
I have been studying drums with Patrick for a couple of months now, and he is by far the best music teacher I’ve ever had! When I first began taking lessons I could barely play with both hands, but after a couple of weeks I was able to play along with my favorite songs! Patrick is very nice and patient, but also very knowledgable and has great teaching methods. He not only taught me how to play drums well, but also incorporated some really helpful music theory. I am so happy I found as great a drum teacher as him, and look forward to learning more and more as I continue to study with him. I would highly recommend Patrick to players of all skill levels and backgrounds!+ Read More
Patrick is great to work with. Very knowledgeable and patient with all levels. I don't have much formal music training and wanted some music theory and composition guidance with some songs I was working on for a class for school. It was great to have someone to help me practice implementing these skills.+ Read More
Patrick is an incredibly patient and detail oriented teacher! He taught me a lot about music theory (I am a total novice) and was open to all my questions no matter how obvious or rudimentary. Though we only learned about basic stuff I could tell that he had an in depth knowledge of various schools and types of theory. The clarity of his lessons and examples were incredibly helpful and I was able to learn a lot fast. I would highly recommend Patrick to anyone looking to learn about music theory or drum theory.+ Read More
