Teaching since:

As a forever-student of yoga, I find no greater joy than helping others experience this feel-good practice. Whether you're looking to increase your flexibility and muscle strength or work on greater focus and relaxation, you've come to the right place.

I've had the pleasure of teaching hundreds of students, including young professionals, athletes, expecting mothers, and senior citizens. My clients always come first, and I'm happy to meet them in their homes or bring them to the gym at my home.

My areas of study include safe alignment, anatomy, the history of yoga, yoga philosophy, the 8 Limbed Path, Karma Yoga, chakras, meditation, Sanskrit, prenatal yoga, hands-on assists, and creating themes. I teach beginner yoga (hatha), power flow (vinyasa), and chair yoga.

In a private class, we'll get to know each other so I can understand what you're looking for and how I can best serve you. I look forward to doing yoga with you!

Yoga Alliance
May 2017

Yoga Alliance is the largest nonprofit association representing the yoga community. Our mission is to spread the power of yoga one person at a time.

We believe that the individual experience of yoga is of paramount importance, and are committed to supporting the passage of yoga from trainer to teacher, teacher to student, and student to aspiring yogi. Our role as the national support organization for the yoga community is to ensure that the practice of yoga will keep growing, so that more people will connect with yoga and be transformed. As an organization we keep several core values at heart: service, excellence, transparency, learning and community.
