I’m one yogi (a.k.a. Yogavich) who spends a great deal of time learning and expanding my knowledge of intermixing my passion for yoga and meditation with my professional life, which sees handstands as...well, inappropriate. The need for yoga is real -- especially in the workforce where we find ourselves slouched over our computer screens, granny-posing, fingers dancing, our way to carpal tunnel syndrome. Ouch. And none of these oh-so-human but unwelcome habit-forming behaviors contribute positively to our personal life. ​Your practice. Your space. Your life. It’s time to practice the art of yoga and meditation whenever you need it, from anywhere.
