Nora’s piano and voice students range greatly in age, experience and their motivations to learn. Her teaching roster includes children, adults, natural born performers, shy beginners, recreational and professional musicians, as well as professional public speakers. In all cases, Nora caringly creates goal-oriented curriculums, tailored specifically to each student’s learning objectives. Her centered and whole approach to singing, speaking and playing allows her students to organically find their own voice through supported breath and air flow. Nora nurtures each student’s ability to self-express while developing technical skill and musicality. Nora completed 4 years of psychotherapy training from Gestalt Associates for Psychotherapy NYC, which has guided and enhanced her approach to music coaching, particularly with students who wish to deepen or overcome performance anxiety. Her goal is to build music enthusiasts with a foundation that can span a lifetime.
