¡Sí, es posible aprender español a cualquier edad! (Yes, it's possible to learn Spanish at any age!) Having lived in Ecuador, Cuba and Bolivia, and recently working as a Princeton in Latin America translation fellow in La Paz, it's safe to say Spanish is muy importante para mi! 

It wasn't always easy, though. Having learned Spanish in high school, and later achieving fluency, I understand the difficulty language learners often encounter, particularly when trying to do so in a non Spanish-speaking environment. 

As a teacher, I promise patience, fun, effective speaking, writing and listening techniques for quick and effective improvement in your Spanish speaking abilities.

Born and raised in Nashville, TN, I graduated from New York University in 2016, having studied Literature (Drama) and Spanish. After graduation, I moved to Hargeisa, Somaliland in East Africa, where I taught Pre-Algebra and English in a college preparatory school. 
Since returning, I was named a Princeton fellow for Spanish studies, working for the Carmen Pampa Fund as an External Relations Coordinator. 
In my free time, I enjoy playing the violin, brushing up on my Arabic, and video editing.
