Spanish with Noor H.

Hi! My name's Noor and I'm a multi-lingual teacher. I graduated from The Ohio State University in 2011 with a degree in International Diplomacy and Spanish. I've been teaching since 2011, starting off with an English teaching internship in Brazil and moving on to becoming a Spanish teacher at a middle school in Chicago. Currently, I work at a language center in New York where I teach English, Arabic, Spanish, and Portuguese. Since I teach language, I heavily focus on getting my students to talk as much as possible to really get them thinking and using the language they're learning. My students have always described my teaching style as fun, interesting, and easily-understandable. When I worked as a Spanish teacher, the majority of my students tested out of first-level Spanish when they moved on to high school. At the language center I work at, I was awarded "Best New Teacher" last year, and I take a lot of pride in my ability to effectively teach language.
