I'm a software and web developer with 8+ years of experience. I'm a volunteer tutor and mentor at various local organizations such as the Hour of Code (code.org) and local colleges who are in need of people who specialize in specific areas of Computer Science. I tutor, mentor, and guide any students of all ages who need help with anything pertaining to computer science, computer engineering, and especially programming. I've created various curriculum for: Scratch Jr, Scratch, Java, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, Website Design, Python, C#, VB.NET, and Cybersecurity. I take pride in my ability to convey and illustrate many topics in unique and innovative ways tailored for each student (no matter what age). My goal is to leave a student with the ability to analyze, think critically, create solutions independently, and most of all—gain a sense of pride and confidence. All students are welcome back to ask questions. I'm proficient with C#, VB.NET, Python, SQL, HTML/CSS/Bootstrap, Java, JavaScript, PHP, Apps Script (Google), and Pascal (Delphi); while comfortable with ASP.NET(MVC & WinForms) and C/C++. I'm well experienced with Windows XP, Vista, 7, and 10, and I'm knowledgeable with later variants of mac OS X and Linux/Unix. I'm certified in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access). Feel free to contact me for anything pertaining to the experience and knowledge I have!
