Every lesson will be a complete workout utilizing all muscle groups.  This makes it a perfectly balanced training session that allows your body to receive an ultimate conditioning with muscle work as well as cardio.
Your entire body will experience toning focused on core strengthening.
I have been a fitness instructor for 10 years certified in several formats with background that goes beyond 10 years with martial arts and personal fitness and strength training.
I teach in local gym, yoga studio and dance studio for 10 hrs/week currently in Barre, aqua, cycling, strength/toning and yoga formats as well as belly dancing.
i use a blend of many engagement techniques to further our bodies into better shapes from inside out.

I have been teaching numerous formats of classes for over 10 years. My background goes to martial arts, but also I have been a professional and internationally competing belly dancer as well as yoga, hot yoga, Zumba, cycling, Turbo Kick, BOSU, Barre, aqua, Buti teacher. You name it, I can teach it. I have taken so many certifications over the years keeping myself at the top of the line in fitness, yoga and belly dancing communities and industries. 
I am ACE Certified for Group Fitness. Also I hold specialty certifications for Flexibility, acrobatics and handstands.
