    Hi my name is Nikole and I have loads of expereince. I have worked in Vegas, Australia, California, Utah, and Idaho. Food is my passion. I can cook many different cuisines and styles of food from fine dinning to down home cooking. I would love to teach amd share my passion with others, either teaching skills you will have for life or teaching how to cook a specific meal you want you to learn to impress family members, parenter, or a date.

    This is where I currently work. It's wonderful serving all those veterans. My expereince at Pine View has served me well at this current job.

    Pinical Recovery

    Another short period unfortunately. My fiance is in the military so we move around a lot. I loved this job, I cooked for 18 people. I was able to cook what I wanted, I did all the shopping, and taught begging cooking classes so once the addicts left they had some basic life skills. Was a very fullfilling job.

    Worked here a short time in Utah. Was interesting learning how to cook for different diets and textures older people needed. I learned a lot. I left because I was offered a better opportunity else where.

    Toninos Restaurant and Wine Bar

    Helped the owner and one othet Chef open this restaurant. I had the opportunity to help design, and build the menu with my own recipes. It is an Italian Mediterranean fusion restaurant. We were mentioned in a few food magazines and the mayor or Murietta California came in amd ate. He wanted to meet me and comment on how great the food was.

    My Other Brother Cafe

    Australia is known for their coffee and hip, trendy cafes. I was able to work at one, was a great time very very busy on Sunday morning when they had the morning market outside. I loved it! Was sad I had to move back tonthe states.
