Dancing is great for the mind, body, & soul! I want you to view your workout as fun & exciting, something to look forward to, a PARTY as opposed to an exercise routine. Zumba is about encorporating world rhythms, so I offer a variety of hip shaking music that spans a broad spectrum. Additionally I encorporate toning, cardio, flexibility, and stretching in each lesson. If you have any special requests for music or fitness aspects to work on, I am always open to options! Let’s make some memories together :)

A natural mover, I have extensive dance experience ranging in a variety of styles. Creative, energetic, and responsible I am personable and enjoy brightening anyone’s day! My overall career goal is to become a certified Dance Movement Therapist because I believe moving is so integral to our overall emotional health and well being. Movement is medicine if you have the passion!
