I've been Dedicated to fitness from the age of 12. Teaching myself dietary habits and skills, as well as specific workout programs. I've discovered that fitness is different for everyone, as people have different GOALS. Some chose to become athletes or more athletic on their sports teams, others work out for mental health and to Feel Good,and many work out to Look Better, boosting their overall Confidence and Personality!
Therefore, after seeing Tremendous Progress in my Own fitness journey. I would like to share my guidelines, healthy habit building, workouts, dieting, and Overall DISCIPLINE when it comes to balancing out Responsibilities with FUN.
