Nikita is the instructor you are looking for. I have been taking lessons with Nikita for three months now and his instruction is leading to some nice progress.
He explains everything so clearly and has unlimited patience.
He is a very encouraging teacher and is his feedback is constructive about what is working well and how to improve.
And he has a great sens of humour.
I always look forward to our lesson.

My daughter just had her first lesson with Nikita! She feels like she learned more from him in her first lesson than she has learned in the last couple years. She can’t wait for her next lesson!

Truly a privilege getting instruction from Nikita! His patience and knowledge are endless; he is a natural teacher; so blessed for my son who has difficulty focusing to receive lessons from Nikita!

This is my second review.

My son has been taken from Nikita for 7 months now. What a difference the months has made! My son is enjoying the instrument more and more, he's more confident in making good sounds, and the best of all, from Nikita he's learning how to be mindful when playing.

Nikita simply is the best.

Nikita immediately focused on the areas where my daughter needed improvement and helped her take her playing to the next level. The improvement in just a few lessons was very noticeable. He is patient and thorough and uses the time efficiently. I was surprised at how well an online lesson could work. We are going to continue with more lessons with Nikita.

My son had been taken lessons from Nikita for a month now. I can see that the lessons have made a huge difference in his playing. He now has better sounds and postures, and his confidence with the instrument has also gone up quite a bit.

Nikita is an intelligent teacher. He doesn't emphasize on what to play, instead, he focus on how to play. He corrects wrong techniques consistently, and gives helpful drill assignments to practice at home. We are extremely happy with his teaching.

Nikita is a great violinist and teacher! I am studying violin in college right now and wanted a teacher to help me progress during my summer break. I really appreciated how he started with where I was at and built upon that. I highly recommend him to any violinist whether you're just starting out or are an advanced player, he can help you progress and reach your goals.

I am a returning student to the violin. Nikita is a musician who is passionate about what he does. I "studied" (more like, didn't practice) violin for 13 years when i was younger. I had a lot of bad habits. Nikita ensures that when you first start out that you start out with good habits and he emphasizes this by going slowly. My violin teacher growing up would always chide me about how I didn't have the right posture for holding the violin and bow, but I was never able to improve. Then, recently I had another violin teacher and I struggled to improve my form for over a month with him. Nikita? I improved immediately. He is a talented teacher and one you will enjoy having for both his passion and his ability to correct and improve your playing.

After a month of lessons, I see that Nikita is very meticulous. He is insistent that his students master form before they learn to play a song. I feel as if I am being set up to succeed. He manages to firmly correct mistakes while still being encouraging. I am a 38 year old beginner.

My 12 year old grandson has been playing violin since he was 5. He started playing with Nikita in August 2017. Nikita is correcting all the bad habits that have crept into RJ's playing. I can see a huge difference in his confidence as well as the quality of his playing. Nikita has been extremely patient with him and has been very flexible with his lesson times due to sports schedules. Thank you Nikita!

I took up the violin at age 52 and am beginning my 4th year. Nikita is my 3rd teacher and I have been with him for the past 4 months. First of all he is a very positive and upbeat person! He is helping me correct my body mechanics which is so important to having a good sound. He starts with the basics foundations and works with you until you achieve the goal. He has high expectations for his students and the techniques to bring about results. Every lesson you will receive lots of encouragement! I am super excited to be learning from this skilled teacher!

Mr. Nikita is an excellent instructor. My son is 14 years old and has learned the violin for 5 years at a studio. This is his first online experience with violin. After several weeks, he has improved his techniques and now enjoys his violin much more. Mr. Nikita is thorough and conscientious. He also prepares homework to guide my son through his practice during the week.

My daughter started taking online voila lessons with Nikita, and because this was our first experience with online lessons, we weren’t sure about what to expect. Turns out, my daughter started improving on all of the skills she hadn’t mastered. This growth started very quickly after lessons, thanks to Nikita! Through years of playing, she has never learned to acquire these skills, and after two or three lessons she had fully conprehended them. Nikita helped her so much!

It is a real challenge to find a right violin instructor for a beginner. My son went through few of them and I can see the difference. Nikita gives all the nutrients and sunlight to any tiny seed to grow. His violin teachers' talent can bet only his violinist' talent. He is very flexible and always ready in time. You can't even think of the better one.

I've recently returned to playing violin after a long break, and now taking online lessons with Nikita. He is super helpful, has already showed me a lot of efficient techniques which really speed up my re-gaining process. Nikita is very responsible, always comes up with ideas how to work on my tone, intonation, bowing specific to my needs. He is also a fantastic violinist, which is always the best inspiration for students!

At 60 plus I'm pretty set in my ways. But after 40 some years of not playing a violin I purchased a new one and found Nikita. He has worked with me trying to correct bad habits. Teaching proper handling, finger placement, notes, bow hold and care. Nikita works with children and the ELDERLY and everyone in between. His patience and passion for music is great. I highly recommend this person. He is not only a highly trained and gifted musician with many years of experience but also an excellent teacher. I value his skills and his friendship.

My daughter has been playing the violin for over six years and has had three teachers before Nikita. Nikita is by far the best instructor she has had. The other teachers taught my daughter to play the violin. Nikita is teaching her to perform. He is interested in every aspect of her playing, from playing the correct notes, to correct finger positioning and most especially relaxing and enjoying what she is playing.
My daughter has only taken four lessons from Nikita, but she already sounds better, is more relaxed and can see a difference in herself. She is playing with more confidence than she's ever had.
Nikita is incredibly patient and is excellent with explaining what he wants and expects and is very encouraging. I only wish we had found him sooner!

My daughter takes violin lessons with Nikita. He is doing a great job introducing her to proper techniques and helping her learn how to read music. I am impressed by his patience and schedule flexibility. It was a good decision selecting Nikita as our violin teacher to prepare my daughter for school orchestra in the next year. We would highly recommend Nikita to our friends and colleagues wishing to learn violin.

First lesson was an excellent experience. I did not have a violin and prior to my first lesson, Nikita took me to several places to select a violin and a bow. This was invaluable to me. I love my violin and Nikita helped me get a very good price, more than 35% less than the listed price and about 40% less than what I had budgeted. He tried the violins at the places we went and people would stop what they were doing and watch and listen to his playing. It was so beautiful. I plan to have Nikita as my teacher for years to come.

A+. He is very professional and takes his time to make sure you understand the lesson. He pays very close attention to the details to make sure you do not learn or continue to use bad habits. His teaching method is very impressive. He makes sure that you know why you are doing something and not just memorizing chords. He puts theory into the lesson so you understand why you are doing something rather than just memorizing chords. I'm on my 6th lesson and I only know 6 chords that I learned on my own. But my wife is an accomplished pianist, my kids plays piano, trombone and saxophone and my.wife and kids teachers says he is teaching the correct way. Anyone can remember a chord and strum strings but once you understand how the guitar works and what it means to move from string to string on different frets than you are way ahead if the game. I highly recommend Nikita.

He is a great teacher! He balances technique with expression in his teaching, from learning scales to performing pieces. He made it challenging, but fun. He taught me and all my siblings as well and they have all grown to appreciate music and gained skills that they use in other areas of music and learning.

Having worked with Nikita and knowing him personally, I hold him in very high regards. Not only Nikita is an outstanding performer and musician, but he also is a very strong teacher, who holds high level of professionalism. Nikita finds individual approach to each one of his students, helps them find passion for music within themselves and express it in their performance, all of which are key pedagogical qualities. Having music as an essence of his life, Nikita naturally sparks love for music in other people. Nikita gave me many helpful tips on how to become a better performer, as well as how to have the confidence to be one. But above all, Nikita has a very bright personality, a very lighthearted sense of humor and a natural ability drive people towards him. Nikita is a very inspiring young man.

I've been taking Nikita's lessons for last 3 years and not only gained guitar playing and signing skills but also greatly enjoyed each and every lesson. Nikita's ability to adjust the education with respect to your level and personal interests is just amazing: classic music and modern songs, theory and practice, even your own favorite musical compositions make the educational program. This is much more than I could imagine!
Nikita has also been teaching my son for 5+ years and the result is simply awesome!
Thanks a lot Nikita, looking forward to keep attending your classes!

Hi Nikita taught several of my children for over three years on violin and on guitar. Of several instructors we interviewed he was by far the best. Nikita is so encouraging and really strives to help the kids reach their potential. He is an excellent musician and an excellent teacher and that combination is not easy to find. My oldest daughter is studying to become a music ed teacher so we have had a lot of experience with music teachers.

Nikita has been our daughters' violin and guitar teacher for the past 3 1/2 years. I have always been impressed with the way that he is able to work with each girl's own particular learning style and personality in his approach to them. Nikita encourages his students to stretch themselves to the next level, all the while maintaining a great rapport and enjoyable atmosphere to the lesson.
