Farsi with Nika D.

Hello future students, My name is Nika. I am a 26-year-old developer and a creative experience designer at an international Italian based touring company. I just moved to Austin from Dallas and I am so excited to learn more about the coolest place in Texas. ;-) I was born and raised in Iran and started learning English since I was 8. I was very passionate about learning a new language and found the best methods to excel at it. I would love to teach people who are interested in Farsi, all the creative, out of the box and fun ways I personally used, to introduce them to one of the oldest, rich and romantic languages, Farsi. In my free time, I enjoy writing slam poetry and going to slam events. I also love to read Persian poetry and going to Persian poetry nights. I love listening to NPR, programming, Farsi and comedy podcasts. I also love food and cooking. I try to experiment with food and see what I can make with what I got.
