I fell in love with yoga when I took my first class almost 15 years ago. I have been practicing and growing in my yogic journey ever since. I truly enjoy teaching students more about the mind/body connection, the importance of breath-work, the history of the practice, relaxation techniques, and proper form. I create my lessons to tailor the needs of the student in a challenging, fun, and safe way.

Nicole's classes are wonderful. She is very detailed and has the ability to bring a strong awareness to the mind and body in each class. She is very easy to talk to and her passion for yoga and helping people is very apparent. I highly recommend her to anyone starting or wanting to develop a deeper practice.

Nicole is a fantastic teacher with a genuine desire to help. She will teach you how to gain a further understanding of each pose and give you tiny tweaks on how to go deeper. When you think you have reached your physical limit you'll hear her whisper breathe and you'll sink deeper into it. Absolutely incredible at what she does.
