Bass Guitar with Nick P.

Hello! My name is Nick P., and I am a 25 year old bass player from Columbus, Ohio. I have been playing bass guitar since I was 13. While I have played with the local metal band Raum and the alternative band Clay Otter, I have experience playing a variety of styles, including rock, punk, funk, reggae and jazz. I am interested in sharing my passion for the instrument with new prospective students. I can teach beginner to intermediate levels, provide students with an introduction to music theory, and teach them the basics of improvisation and ear training. I strongly feel that when picking up an instrument, one benefits most from learning how to play songs that they enjoy. As such, I highly encourage students to send me songs that they would like to learn before lessons. I also use Fl Studio in order to create drum beats and backing tracks so students can feel like they are playing in a band. Please feel free to contact me with any and all questions!
