Hey! My name is Nathan and I can't wait to meet you! I've been teaching since 2011 and have loved helping my students pass introductory undergraduate physics, improve their math grades, and learn about the secrets of the universe. I go to Columbia University and am working towards a degree in physics. I'm fun, patient, and enthusiastic, and I hope to share my love of learning with you. Nathan and Felix had great chemistry and Felix really enjoyed working with Nathan.  Nathan was calm and knowledgeable and helpful.  Mostly, I needed Nathan to help Felix stay focus and on task while I was not home.  But also, I was glad that Felix had an older fellow, like a really nice older brother to hang out with after school, so that he wasn’t a lonely latchkey kid.  

It is a good idea to be really clear about when sessions need to take place.  Because of the flexible nature of both our and Nathan’s schedule, sometimes signals got crossed and we expected him to be there, but he was not aware.  Overall, we were happy with Nathan and would gladly recommend him as a tutor.
