Teaching since:

Hi! My name is Natasha and I have been teaching piano to beginner students of all ages for 8 years. and I am currently a Masters student at the Peabody Conservatory pursuing a degree in Vocal Accompanying/Collaborative Piano as well as being an Opera Accompanying Graduate Assistant at the conservatory. I received my Bachelor of Music in solo piano performance from Binghamton University.

I teach piano to beginner students of all ages! I will tailor each lesson to each individual student and can teach a variety of genres, from classical to a pop song you'd like to learn! As a collaborative pianist I work with vocalists every day and can also teach accompanying skills.

I strongly believe in building foundation in technique and theory and becoming a well rounded musician-even at the beginner's level. My teaching style is very relaxed and fun and I always like to get the best potential out of my students! Looking forward to sharing my love of music and piano with you!

Natasha was so accommodating with our schedule- with four kids, I was very appreciative. She was AMAZING with my six year old daughter, and I loved being included in her lesson, so I can make sure my daughter is practicing correctly. I highly recommend Natasha, and I'm thrilled to have found such a hands on teacher. She's fantastic.

Natasha is my accompanist at Peabody and she does a wonderful job! She makes great artistic choices, she’s always prepared, and she is very flexible with my own musical interpretations of pieces.

Natasha taught our son piano. We knew her as the daughter of our neighbor so, she was more of a friend than just a teacher.
Our son enjoyed his time with her. She was patient and well educated in her subjects

Natasha is a colleague of mine, and I'd strongly recommend her as a teacher! She really takes the time to get to know anyone she works with and can easily adapt to their needs and particular style of learning. Her personality is very friendly and approachable, perfect for encouraging students, while still holding them to a high standard of musicianship.

I've been lucky enough to collaborate with Natasha on several occasions, including opera and art song performance. She is a hard-working, musical talent that truly knows what it means to perform with others as an empathic team. She is patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind, the wonderful combination when teaching.
