Acting with Natalie P.

Hi! I'm Natalie. Art is vital to me. I believe that it can change the world. I am lucky to have been able to pursue stage acting, writing, as well as performance in many other categories. Theatre has taught me much more than how to simply act: I am a more empathetic person, I am a better listener, I am kinder, and the skills I personally have learned through studying theatre have made me a better suited worker for other fields. Being able to read people, to think and act quickly on my feet, to creatively problem-solve, a quick wit, a friendly demeanor -- these are all skills vital in any workforce. I am patient. I have family members and friends who are special needs, and I am an advocate for social change, and especially a mental health activist. Everyone deserves art and I do not believe there should be barriers regarding who gets to create and participate in it. I self-produce my own work as well as supporting others in their work by producing, coaching, giving constructive feedback, teaching, and simply being available to spitball ideas with. I regularly write and perform slam poetry, and have two self-published poetry chapbooks. I perform in a band, I play ukulele and I sing. All of these artistic endeavors have helped me in every facet of my career and live. I hope I can help you.
