Teaching beginners through advanced students to
draw or paint. Practicing artist, learn ways to make their drawings and paintings more accurate and more exciting! Students work from subjects of their choice and are encouraged to develop their own original styles to reach personal goals.

Oil and Acrylic Painting Instructor

I will personalize your lesson to address the creativity in you.  You will learn to paint what inspires you in oil or acrylic.  Private lessons will enable you to follow my method in real time so that you can see how I would approach the subject of your choosing while you paint along side me. I have been teaching painting for over 20 years.  My paintings can be seen in hospitals, office buildings, homes and government buildings throughout the US.

I am a portrait and fine artist offering commissioned oil portraits and art lessons in painting for adults. For fifteen years I enjoyed selling my work in outdoor art festivals where I had the chance to meet so many nice and interesting people.  My classes are in oil and acrylic. Presently, I am teaching in Lake Park and the Palm Beach Gardens Recreation Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Private lessons are available at my studio in Lake Worth or at your home location.

Nancy is a fabulous artist. as well as a fabulous art teacher! I have been taking lessons from her for the past few years and she has taught me  many different techniques and ways to use color, that my paintings have  improved greatly. She also is so much fun to paint with, I would recommend her to everyone who wants to improve their art!

I have taken painting lessons from Nancy for several years now and I find her to be an excellent teacher.  The classes I have taken are drop in, where you work on whatever type of painting you like.  Some people do portraits, others do still life and others do landscapes.

She is very helpful and easily identifies what does not work and gives you the tools to fix it.  She makes suggestions on how to improve paintings so that you end up with a work that you can feel proud to hang, sell or give as a gift.
