Years ago, when my boys went off to kindergarten, I was shocked to learn that art was no longer part of the day, let alone the curriculum. I designed a program for each grade level and taught parent volunteers how to teach art to become docents. Each week every student had a chance to tap into their creativity and find a creative side that has stayed with them to this day. Art defines every part of us!!
