I grew up in a joint-family where my family along with my uncles and aunts lived together under one roof and ate together every single day. Food was at the center of everything in my family and I have fond memories of the time spent on the table. but my real passion for food began when my mom stated a catering business and I started helping her out to prepare the meals. I love using bold flavors in my cooking. Although I am a Human resource specialist by profession I am a passionate cook by heart. After I moved to the USA, I wanted to experiment with fusion cooking and learn more about different cuisines so I did a course in spanish cooking and Baking from the Cambridge school for culinary art. I also did a course on nutrition because I believe that the power of health lies in the food we eat so get those pots out and start cooking !!
I specialize in North Indian, South Indian, North East Indian (Rajasthani ), and Indian Street food.
I hope to spread the joy of cooking through this class.
