Nabin is one of the best Tabla Players residing in the US. His consistently brilliant and exciting performances have established him as one of the prominent musicians in Nepal and gained him popularity in the US. His understanding of different styles of Tabla playing, tonal quality, clarity and the ability to collaborate with different genres of musicians makes him unique. Music was always an essential part of his life since his childhood days. Nabin began learning Tabla at the age of eight with this Guru Shree Rabin Lal S. Nabin was awarded an ICCR scholarship for his Master’s degree in music. He completed his Master’s degree from Gandharva Music University with the highest score in the year 1998. During his stay in India, he got an opportunity to further develop his knowledge with some of the greatest maestros. Taalmani Pandit SureshTalwalkar, Ustaad Shri Faiyaaz Khan, Shri Tansen Shrivastav, to name a few. Nabin has been teaching since 1998 in Nepal, India, and now in the US. All the experience he has gained from teaching students from different backgrounds, ethnicities, and countries has helped him become a better teacher. He can guide each students according to their interest, ability and growth to their fullest potential.

I alway enjoy my lessons. Nabin keeps the curriculum matched to continuously lift my ability. He encourages me to refine my technical skills with both diligence and compassion. He offers easy website platform for access to practice materials and the Skype real-time playing together beats zoom lag any day. Additionally, he recommended and assisted me in the acquisition of a new Tabla and I feel like royalty without spending over my budget.
