My main job is data entry...this job is so far so good, and my manager is a super nice lady; travel isn't too bad, however, i'd prefer it to be closer :D

This was a private doctor's office in Astoria, NY where majority of the population we served is of Middle Eastern/Arab background and most patients didn't even speak English. My main job was assisting the doctor in preparing the patients and taking their vitals, medical history, surgical history, medications, and so on. The thing I liked the most at this job was helping patients understand many issues in Arabic like insurance claims, copayments, referrals, pre-certifications. The thing I liked the least was the travel hence I quit after 2 months haha
