I enjoy teaching Viniyoga in private session, or very small group only (2 people), because I want to explain and adjust the postures to lead students to a better integration of yoga bio mechanic, and a deeper mindfulness. I am renowned for my precision in asana, my breathing work, and my compassionate teaching. After four years of teacher training with the French Yoga Institute - Instructor Nathalie Moulis - I obtained my Teacher Certification following the Tradition of Tirumalai Krishnamacharya, School of Chennai (India). This certification follows the European Union Standards and is recognized by the E.U. I completed and deepened her knowledge by trainings, studying Nada yoga with Shri Hanuman (France), Introduction to Yoga Therapy with Dr. N.Chandrasekaran (India), Asana and Philosophy at T.K. Mandiram (India), and Yoga-nidra with C. Tikhomiroff (France).
