Michael (Mukunda Chandra das) is a Certified Health and Lifestyle Coach and a 500hr RYT Yoga teacher who works with clients to help them restore balance into their lives by helping them to make more consciousness healthier lifestyle and nutritional choices.
Michael (Mukunda Chandra das) believes that harmony is achieved through obtaining a balanced perspective between mind, body and soul. Living in this world can be tough sometimes but when you learn simple spiritual tools for healing, life can be much easier. Michael (Mukunda Chandra das) goal is to educate clients and student with the skills to help them move forward in their lives - in every area.
Mukunda epitomizes an instructor who speaks into the hearts and practices of those learning under him.
I have had the pleasure of taking several of his yoga classes; each experience stands out in my consciousness. Mukunda is effervescent with bliss as he seriously guides the class through intention flows, always allowing space for an individual in the class to vocalize an experience or receive 1-on-1 attention.
