I am a meditation/mindfulness teacher and Buddhist minister with a certificate in Japanese Psychology. I am a dharma holder (Zen master) in Rinzai Zen, a certified Path to Freedom facilitator, and have authored two books on Buddhism and meditation: "Wisdom, Compassion, Serenity: First Steps on the Buddhist Path," and "Loving Heart, Peaceful Mind," a workbook for developing the four Brahma-Viharas using traditional meditation techniques along with self-exploration methods adapted from Rational-Emotive Behavior Therapy and Japanese psychotherapy. I have led meetings of a Central Florida Buddhist community for 10 years, and speak regularly at Buddhist meetings, Unitarian Churches and other venues.

A wonderfully kind and patient coach. A calm and professional manner in all things, his sense of peace and tranquillity is easily transmitted over the web, not an easy task. My thanks to him.
