Morgan B. is available for in-home, in-studio, and online lessons worldwide. Morgan has been singing for 15 years and teaching for 4. He teaches all experience levels, from beginner to advanced students who have been singing for many years. His approach to teaching is to create well-rounded musicians. He teaches theory, language, acting, all in addition to the voice technique. He encourages the exploration of the voice and fostering that adventuring mentality because each persons journey is going to be different! He has been professionally studying music for the past 15 years! He started performing with the American Boychoir back in 2003. I then went on to study classical voice, primarily opera, at Walnut Hill School for the Arts. He studied for 4 years there and then obtained a degree in Vocal Performance from Millikin University, and a M.M in Opera Performance at Wichita State University. He prides himself in always taking the time to learn about his students, and he has taken many seminar courses about the voice and how it progresses and is always in the process of learning new teaching techniqes! He's open to other styles of singing, however his focus is classical training. He believes that with a good classical base you can explore many different types of singing, such as Jazz, and Musical Theater to name just a few. He's very excited to be doing this and he can't wait to help you learn about your voice! *** Lesson Details *** Every lesson will be different because each student is different! I urge you to come explore your voice with me and learn what works best for you! I prefer to give hour voice lessons, because that gives me more time to work with you, however I will be just as happy to work in 30, or 45 minute slots as well! *** Specialties *** Classical! If you haven't seen it so far in my writing, I love opera. It's one of my favorite, all-encompassing, art forms and I am in a constant state of wonder when I watch it and perform it. My main specialty is just that classical base that every singer needs!
