I am a "learning-oriented" educator who has over 20 years of experience and expertise. I am dedicated and committed to providing all of my students with a customized experience focused on achieving my students' personal/ educational goals. I receved my M.A. degree in education from Columbia University. This provided me with a comprehensive training repertoire, with a focus on cognitive learning, literacy, ESL learners, struggling learners, psychology and reading/ writing acquisition. My educational background, when combined with my vast 20+years of hands-on experience has afforded me with a wealth of tools and strategies to promote learning with children and adult learners. Yet, my greatest asset is my love for learning and my love for teaching. I am passionate about education. I am highly committed to providing my students with the skills that they need to be successful. I enjoy teaching, so I am able to provide a fun, enjoyable learning and teaching environment. I enjoy teaching others.
