I am the owner of a business in Encinitas, California. Over the last ten years I have been lucky enough to build a successful custom cake shop where I creats one-of-a-kind works of sugar art. I have also been teaching for the last 6 years. I have taught sweet and savory classes for Sur la Table, Do It With Icing, BakersBodega, as well as private classes. I have been featured in Cake Masters Magazine as well as participated in several collaborations such as Sweet Fairy Tales, Sugar Myths and Fantasies, Birthday Mischief Managed, Woodland Fairies and many more. I have competed in cake shows across the country and have won Best in Show for four consecutive years at the San Diego Cake Show. I also won Cake Wars Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Episode. In January I will be featured on an episode of Ridiculous Cakes on Food Network. I have been the president of the San Diego Cake Club for the last two years, as well as the co-chair of the San Diego Cake Show. The San Diego Cake Show is an annual trade show with over 65 vendors, 2,400 attendees and 150 competitors. I have worked as a cake artist and food stylist for a popular Netflix show and have styled a number of magazine covers.
