While I have extremely high expectations for all my students, I adjust my approach for each student in order to best serve him or her; for many of my students, for example, I design specific programs centered around goals, strengths, and areas for improvement. I am very familiar with different learning styles. I am very flexible in scheduling and meeting my student’s needs. So far for the last several years, I have been very successful in one-on-one tutoring and have managed to pull many students from grades of D's & F's to A's and B's.
For parents needing assistance with writing lesson plans, please let me know! I can work with you to come up with lesson ideas for your children during distance learning as well.

Monica is a wonderful teacher. She is patient and my son loved her from the first day. She has an easygoing demeanor and she makes math fun for him; she also sends a bunch of worksheets for him to work on in between. My son is entering 4th grade and I wanted him to work on some preview math skills before starting schoo. Monica was the perfect person I was looking for to work with him.

Excellent!

My name is Olivia Monica is helping me with me reading she is a great teacher to work with and she is make me feel more confidint in my reading.

One of the best people, daughter loved working with her.

Great job. Great experience. Flexible with our schedule. Called me on the phone when I asked. Easy to deal with. We did one class on Go to Meeting and one over the phone. It doesn't matter what level you're at, Monica is your go-to trainer!

Monica is very patient, and easy to get along with my son loves her. She is always prepared and has the tools that is needed for the level She also takes the time to let me understand how my son is doing and the material she is using. I love her

Monica was very clear and informative. There is always a plan to take what I learned to the next step at the next lesson. It is easy to communicate with her between lessons as well in case a date or time needs to be rescheduled.
