Hello! My name is Chef Monica. I am a trained chef and health food consultant. I attended the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts in NYC. I have worked in restaurants and businesses in Philadelphia, New York, New Jersey and California where I worked with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free clients, taught culinary classes to children and adults, worked with business start-ups, managed staffs, created menus and recipes, and much, much more! I am extremely passionate about my life's work! I specialize in teaching healthy eating and living practices, how to cook foods that can heal your mind, body and soul and how to cook for special dietary needs like gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, soy free, etc. I would love to cook with you and help you eat healthy, delicious foods!
