My name is Molly Wu. I hold a master degree of music performance in voice and I am a well trained pianist as well.

Who am I ?
I discovered my interest toward music in my early childhood, and started taking piano lesson when I was 4. Music help me get through many difficulties and always be my friend throughout my entire childhood. When I was studying piano at a music conservatory in China, I further discovered my interest toward singing, and that became a motivation of studying in the U.S and I earned my master degree in music there.

What is my teaching experience?
I started teaching piano when I was still a music student at college. Including those years, I have been teaching piano for over 10+ years. And I started my own studio at California bay area for both piano and voice students right after I received my master degree in music. I loved helping my students to over come challenge, get their recital done, get a good grade in their piano and voice exam, and prepare for music auditions.

Where to teach?
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, currently I am only taking online piano and voice students, however, I will open for in-studio teaching in the future when I feel safe.

What can you learn from my lesson?
I encourage my students to enjoy the fun of music regardless their age and background while they are still learning in a professional way, such as learning to read music(note, rhythm, etc.), develop a good ear for music, basic musicianship, etc.
However, I recognize people has different needs and abilities and I will design different plan for different type of students.

Keyboard piano( for piano students)
