My goal as an instructor is to lead a 45 minute flow of beginners Yoga, where I will guide you through each movement and breath. I am a certified Yoga instructor with Karma Yoga, here in Victoria.
During our lesson, we will use the breath to move into our postures, creating a complete relaxed state. Breath is very important, not only in Yoga, but every moment. We may not notice when we are stressed, we are breathing fast and shallow. This may add to the stressed feelings. I will remind students to breath deep and slow through out the lesson.
Yoga is perfect for any time!
Starting off your morning with Yoga, setting an intention for the day and letting our body transition into a more awake state.
Also for when you get home from a long day, looking to relax and shake the stress off.
I will create a yoga routine for you, based on your experience and interest.
