I have been playing ukulele for 9 years, and playing music for over 19 years and I love to teach!
I help my students learn the basic skills they need to be able to read TAB, play any chord, and make their ukulele playing better than it was before. I also offer music theory if interested, how to read sheet music, etc.
I teach beginner and intermediate level students.

I am a student at the University of Utah, studying Health and Kinesiology.
I play ukulele and sing in a band called "The Tempo Squares" in SLC for over 2 years. But my music experience all started when I was 7 years old, with the piano.
I have sang and played a variety of instruments over my life including piano, trombone, drums, bass guitar and I am learning acoustic guitar right now. The ukulele was something I started in high school, and I've loved it ever since I picked it up. I would consider it to be my favorite of all the instruments I know.
I love to perform music, and I love seeing people progress. Anyone can play the ukulele, and I'm here to help you reach your uke goals.

Mitch is a great guy and teacher. It's a pleasure to be his student. He is very patient, understanding and kind! He will move at your pace and help you to get better and better! It's been a blast to take ukulele lessons from him.

My 8 yr old daughter had her first ukulele lesson last week. She absolutely loved it. Mitchell was very kind and patient with her. She liked him a lot and is excited to go back.
