I tutored a variety of subjects, but specialized in upper division math, essay writing, and test taking skills. I am patient, proficient in establishing good rapport, and great at figuring out their particular learning style & keeping them motivated to learn.

This was a group home for troubled teens who were either abandoned, or taken away from their families, through governmental intervention. Most were involved in gangs, but I was still able to motivate them to make the most of their educational opportunities.
