TL;DR: I highly recommend Mirzo to anyone who wants to learn chess, from beginners, to FIDE rated players that wish to improve.

Mirzo is one of a kind. He is a chess professional that can help in all levels.
In our first lesson, he learned my state and we decided what are the best areas to focus on. Mirzo is very constructive, helpful and has great tips. Already after couple of lessons I felt that my chess level improved significantly. During the lessons Mirzo stop from time to time to explain the theory and strategy behind certain moves - which is more valuable than playing hundreds of games. Highly recommended.

Mirzo is an excellent chess teacher for children. He was teaching my 12 year old son. During his lessons Mirzo managed to be both a rather demanding teacher who can really make you a good chess player, and at the same time a friendly person making his communication with a 12 year old boy easygoing and entertaining so that the kid does not feel the lesson as a pressure.
