Hi, there! My name is Mindy, and I can't wait to meet you! I've been teaching private brass lessons since 2002, and have loved helping my students grow as well-rounded musicians. I also enjoy helping students feel more confident in school bands, and achieve personal goals on the trombone and euphonium. I went to the University of Idaho, Lionel Hampton School of Music, and earned a B.M in Music Education in 2001. I also went to The University of Hawaii, and earned a M.A. in Music Education in 2006. My favourite part about teaching private music lessons is spending the time to get to know each students' learning style and tailor the lesson exactly to that student. I'm a friendly person, with a lot of passion for music and teaching, and I'm flexible and fun to work with. I look forward to helping you reach your goals!
