Classical Piano with Milena R.

I teach piano, voice, and ukulele to kids aged 4-18. I graduated from Brigham Young University Idaho with a degree in Music Education in 2019, but I have been playing and singing since I was 10 years old! I have plenty of experience working with a children of all ages both in a musical context and an educational context. While attending university I was assistant director to the BYUI Mens Chorus and co-taught 5 choral ensembles and a handbell ensemble at a high school in Utah. After I graduated, I moved to San Diego and began teaching private music lessons. I have been teaching at a music school for the last year and am now trying to build my own private studio! I have a K-12 Music teaching credential in Idaho and have an application in progress for a credential in California. I specialize in working with children, I love the enthusiasm and energy they bring to each lesson. I think that making music should be fun and I apply that thought to every lesson that I teach!
