Using Yoga, Somatic Psychology, Subtle Body Work, Imagery, SATYA, Heart Coherence techniques, and Neural Retraining, Michelle will move you to a place of peace, clarity, Strength, Flexibility, and higher possibility, allowing you to get out of your own way so the body can do its good work. The result is a sense of feeling deeply nourished and motivated to form new habits and actions that lead to the breakthroughs and results you desire.
