Michelle is superb! She is the reason that I am moving from free classes to private courses. She is patient, funny, wise, current, and will take her time with new students. One of the most refreshing things about her teaching style is that she will break it all the way down and explain, context, history, usage, and a host of other topics related to the word or phrase being used. She also gave out related information that we could use after class.

I really enjoy classes with Michele! She signs while speaking which helps me to practice reading sign, and to retain what I've already learned. She is easy to understand and has made learning very fun. Her positive energy is contagious and I look forward to taking more classes!

I have helped many families learn American Sign Language to communicate with one another. Most of these families I have known personally, and some I have been referred to. I have also taught individuals everything from simple communication, vows, and in-depth knowledge of ASL and its culture. I also offer tutoring and have helped dozens of students from middle school, high school, and college hone their skills to prepare them for the next level, or even admission into a training program for their career.
