Hello there, My name is Michel, and I am a native Arabic speaker, I have a Master's degree in Arabic philosophy as well as a Bachelor degree in Arabic literature,
I speak Arabic, English, French, and a little bit of Spanish.
I love teaching  and I have five years experience in teaching Arabic language.
Learning about the hidden history of words and the construction of sentences has always fascinated me, and I strongly believe that this is what makes the difference between a regular native speaker, and one who can actually transmit his knowledge of the language. Writing and speaking a properly in Arabic is not enough. When it comes to teaching, one has to be able to explain the "why" behind each word, idiom and grammatical rule, because that is how we remember best. Combined with a burning desire to understand movies, songs and books in their original version, this method makes wonders. Because as one of my best teachers once told me : “ We get into a culture through its language, and we get into a language through its culture.”
