Would you like to finally find a movement that is Effective, and Efficient, with no equipment required? You can do Qi gong before you can even make an excuse NOT to work out. Just do it! I have been studying Qi gong for almost a decade, and have learned from some of the best. But in this "art" nature is our best teacher, and Qi Gong follows that path. I can teach you what all of that means! And show you movements that have calmed, soothed, and created health and balance for centuries.

I am a father of 2 adult children. 

I have a Healing Practice in New Jersey where we do Hypnosis, Reiki, the Emotion Code, and of course Qi Gong. 

I have always worked out, and have done Martial arts since I was 10 years old, but I wanted something that had the healing Arts and Chinese medicine attached. With QiGong I found so much more.

QiGong follows natural rhythms and that is an aspect of physical fitness not usually applied.

I use humor and a personal approach. 
I have studied Eastern Philosophy, and "how the Brain works" since I was a teenager.
