I absolutely love teaching music. The main approach is to guide students in their discovery of playing music auditorily. I utilize an auto-developed curriculum to help students gain the skills to bring their inner music out. The learning process is unique from the typical music lesson where the student reads from a page and is critiqued to improve. I find other methods much more satisfying and productive. I've played music for 18 years and my Bachelor's Degree is in Music Education. I have perfect pitch, and I'm a whiz at music theory. I scored a 5 on the Music Theory AP Test and tested out of 2 years of Music Theory and Ear Training in college. My main instrument is trumpet.
