I studied classical guitar performance and composition at Goshen College in Indiana. Since graduating, I have focused more on folk and rock music, while still maintaining my classical chops. I currently play bass with the post-rock ensemble Impatience Machine, guitar with the noise-pop band Leaf House, and guitar for the rock n' roll collective Barnyard Sharks. In addition, I also collaborate with Jonah Beram making electronic music as Beam Shrank, and I have a solo looping project under the name Ike Shark *** Specialties *** Classical guitar, fingerpicking, rock guitar, stopboxes, effects pedals.
